Why do you publish exact prices when most of your competitors don't?

Because you shouldn't have to book a call to find out what something costs. ServiceTitan and FieldPulse both require a custom quote before they'll tell you a number — we checked both again on August 8, 2026, and neither has changed. Fyxo is $149, $299, or $599 a month depending on team size, in full on this page, before you talk to anyone.

How does the 30-day free trial actually work — is there a catch?

You get the full plan for 30 days. We ask for a card at signup so your account doesn't get interrupted when the trial ends, but nothing is charged until then. Cancel any time before the 30 days are up and you're not billed a cent. The one exception is a business phone number: it's not part of the trial, and adding one bills you immediately, since we're buying that number from our carrier on your behalf the moment you request it.

What happens when I add a technician beyond what my plan includes?

Each plan includes a set number of users — 3 on Starter, 10 on Pro, 25 on Enterprise — and anyone beyond that is billed per user, per month: $39 on Starter, $29 on Pro, $19 on Enterprise. Moving to a bigger plan lowers your per-user rate, so a growing team usually costs less per head over time, not more.

How much does paying annually actually save me?

Annual billing charges the equivalent of 10 months for 12, on both your base plan and any additional users — roughly two months free either way, applied automatically when you switch your billing interval.

Do I need a dedicated business phone number, and what does it cost?

Accepted Answer

It's optional, not required to run the platform. A dedicated line is $49/month or $490/year, and it lets your team call and text customers from a business number instead of a technician's personal cell — useful the day a tech leaves and you don't want their old customers texting their new job. It's billed the moment you add it, trial or not, since we purchase that number for you the same day.

What does it cost to accept a card payment?

Accepted Answer

Card payments run through Stripe at 3.5% + $0.35 per transaction — that's the whole fee, with nothing else layered on top by us. It applies whether the customer pays in person on a tech's phone or through an emailed payment link.

Question 7

Is the technician app a separate cost, and does it work on Android?

Accepted Answer

It's included on every plan at no extra charge — there's no per-tech app fee stacked on top of your subscription. It's on iOS today; Android is in active development. If your crew runs Android exclusively, tell us on a demo call before you commit.

Question 8

Can I change plans or cancel after I've started?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from your account settings, any time — no call required. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated so you're only billed for what you actually used on each plan, and cancelling stops billing at the end of your current period.
